Why did this happen? A lot of students worry about losing their identity when becoming a consultant – a number counting suit- or pencil skirt-wearing face in the anonymous mass. We changed this by reassuring the talents that what Roland Berger is actually looking for is non-conformity, or in other words: The Original You.
